The show has become a regular event during the Paris Air Show, which is held every two years at Le Bourget Airport, and at the Farnborough International Air Show in the United Kingdom. SKYTRAX commended ANA for going above and beyond all other airlines headquartered in Asia to provide the ultimate customer service both on the ground and in the air. The awards for "World's Best Airport Services" and "Best Airline Staff in Asia" were presented in a special ceremony at the International Paris Airshow this week.

Fernandes said it also aims to recreate the company as a digital airline and use technology to drive more value.
