British model drugged, stuffed in bag and 'auctioned as sex slave'

Police in Italy say a kidnapper tried to sell a British model on the dark web for £270,000

Police in Italy have arrested a man who kidnapped a British model and allegedly tried to auction her off on the deep web.

The woman was drugged, handcuffed and loaded into a bag and put into the boot of vehicle which was driven to an isolated house in Borgial, northwest of Turin.

Lukasz Pawel Herba, who has British residency, was picked up by Milan police on July 18, a day after the model was released and dropped off at the British consulate in the city.

The kidnappers then started blackmailing her modelling agency, demanding USD$300,000 (A$377,000) in ransom, Italian authorities said.

Corriere della Sera reported the model had been lured to a fake photoshoot in Milan from Paris and had been injected with ketamine to sedate her.

Police said no one took part in auction and it was unclear if Herba was serious about the plan or whether he was a "fantasist".

The paper says she was released on July 17 because her alleged abductor discovered she had a young child and considered her unsuitable for sex trafficking.

Trump's Foreign Policy Is Jeopardized After Senate Approves Sanctions Against Russia
The White House says Trump supports sanctions on the three countries in question and will review the legislation. Senate voted for confrontation, imperialism and sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea .

In a letter sent to the victim upon her release, Black Death told her that a "mistake" had been made in capturing her.

Officers are now investigating the incident after the man was captured with the model.

He has been charged with kidnapping for the purposes of extortion.

Police found a small bedroom at the property, but it is unclear whether it was used by the model or the kidnapper.

The British Foreign Office said only that it is providing consular support to a British woman in Milan and that it is in touch with local authorities.

It is understood the police investigation involved reconstructing the kidnapping scene and studying CCTV footage from the area.

The agent then contacted police and Herba reportedly negotiated a £50,000 ransom with them which he expected to receive at the Consulate.
